CareMAR documents concrete inputs, allowed tools, output contracts, and human-review gates. Some repository definitions are runnable; others are stubs or plans. The workforce manifest records that status and does not infer installation or scheduling from a file.

- What does the CareMAR AI consulting practice actually deliver?
- The checked-in catalog contains skill definitions, role definitions, and planned workflow specifications. A discovery call scopes which reviewable artifact is useful. Account ownership, vendor setup, schedules, integrations, and commercial terms require separate written approval.
- Who is this for?
- Small care facility owners (4-40 beds), boutique healthcare operators, and solo professionals who need agency-level marketing and operations without an agency-level headcount. If you are already paying agency-level retainers for tasks an AI Employee could do at a fraction of the cost, this is for you.
- How is this different from hiring an AI consultant who builds you a chatbot?
- The catalog is organized around reviewable work products such as briefs, SOW drafts, and pitch-deck drafts. External communications and other consequential actions remain under human approval.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- Authoring new skills is technical. Shipped skills include documented setup and invocation steps, while browser-based workflows can be operated with a guided handoff. Setup effort varies by environment and access.
- Is this HIPAA-safe?
- The business-operations catalog is not approval to process PHI. A resident-data workflow must stay disabled until its data flow, vendor terms, BAA coverage, access controls, and facility approval are confirmed for that deployment.
- What is the engagement model?
- The engagement is scoped during a discovery call. CareMAR has not published a self-serve price, setup fee, retainer, or pilot term; a founder-approved written quote is required before any commercial commitment.
