Claude Cowork
What is Claude Cowork — and how CareMAR uses it for business
CareMAR maintains fourteen role definitions for reviewable draft and analysis work. They are manually invoked and are not evidence of an installed vendor workspace, scheduler, PHI approval, or external action. Below are seven examples and the gates that apply.
- Read inputs
- Produce a 1-page brief
- List the 1-3 decisions due next week
Illustrative supervised run — no scheduler or external action.
What Claude Cowork is
External workspaces can combine instructions, supplied files, and a conversation interface. Their exact behavior and data terms belong to the vendor and selected account. Do not upload PHI or customer data until the data flow, access, retention, vendor terms, and BAA coverage have been approved for that use.
How CareMAR uses it
The repository contains role definitions, input boundaries, and output contracts. W0 verifies their inventory and keeps them manual, draft-oriented, and human-reviewed. It does not install a workspace, upload a knowledge base, create a recurring task, or enable a vendor.
A future setup can be evaluated after scope, account ownership, legal terms, access, data handling, and price are approved in writing. No retainer, ownership promise, or recurring operation is authorized by this page.
Seven concrete use cases
AI CMO project
Suggested inputs: approved brand voice, ICP, and supplied performance data. Manual output: a one-page brief and a short decision list for review.
Read the role specAI Social Manager project
Suggested inputs: approved voice samples and prior public posts. Manual output: a draft social batch; nothing posts automatically.
Read the role specAI Head of Partnerships project
Suggested inputs: cited public partner research and founder-supplied history. Manual output: a personalized draft that stops at founder review.
Read the role specAI Legal Compliance project
Suggested inputs: current source material and the artifact under review. Manual output: an issue list for qualified human review, not legal advice or form approval.
Read the role specAI Customer Success project
Suggested inputs: supplied, non-PHI account status and prior approved notes. Manual output: a check-in draft with no automatic dispatch.
Read the role specAI Chief of Staff project
Suggested inputs: reviewed role outputs and a supplied decision log. Manual output: a one-page founder brief.
Read the role specAI Secretary project
Suggested inputs: a founder-supplied inbound artifact and routing rubric. Manual output: classification, response draft, and proposed time options; no inbox polling or calendar writes.

Frequently asked questions
- What is Claude Cowork?
- It is an external vendor workspace. Product behavior, availability, retention, access, pricing, and legal terms are vendor-controlled and must be confirmed for the intended account. This page does not assert an enabled CareMAR integration.
- Is Claude Cowork the same as Claude Code?
- They are different vendor surfaces. CareMAR's checked-in workforce files are role and skill definitions that can prepare artifacts when manually invoked; W0 does not claim they are installed or scheduled in a customer workspace.
- How does CareMAR use Claude Cowork?
- CareMAR maintains fourteen role definitions for draft and analysis workflows. A definition is not proof of a configured customer project, recurring task, vendor approval, or scheduler. Any customer setup is separately scoped and manually reviewed.
- How is this better than just using ChatGPT or Claude.ai chat?
- The CareMAR definitions provide explicit inputs, boundaries, and output formats so a human can review consistent work products. Persistence, retention, and vendor behavior depend on the selected account and configuration and must be confirmed separately.
- Do I need an Anthropic Enterprise plan to use Cowork for business?
- Plan availability, pricing, data terms, and BAA eligibility are vendor-controlled and must be confirmed directly for the intended account before selection. CareMAR does not select or enable an external vendor under W0, and the workforce catalog is not approved for PHI by default.
- Can I see what Cowork looks like before I commit?
- A discovery call can cover the role definitions and a supervised, non-PHI example. Any vendor workspace, recurring task, or customer configuration is separately scoped and requires approval.
